11:15 AM EDT, 05/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blackbaud ( BLKB ) said Wednesday it made a 4 million British pounds ($5 million) strategic investment in UBIQ Education, a school website developer.

The investment focus will be on a native integration, extending its Total School Solution to include UBIQ's AMAIS platform, giving customers access to a suite of marketing and admissions tools with data integration across the platform, the firm said.
