05:07 AM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blackbaud ( BLKB ) said late Wednesday that it named Chad Anderson its new chief financial officer.

The company said Anderson succeed Tony Boor, who served as CFO for 14 years and will now take on the role of executive vice president of corporate development and strategy.

Anderson, who joined the company in 2013, previously served as chief accounting officer, it added.
