11:05 AM EST, 02/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BlackBerry (BB) and Arctic Wolf said that Arctic Wolf has completed the acquisition of BlackBerry's Cylance endpoint security assets.

Under the terms of the transaction, announced in December, BlackBerry will receive $160 million in cash and about 5.5 million Arctic Wolf shares.

Shares of BlackBerry were up 4.5% in recent trading.
