BlackBerry Fiscal Q1 Swings to Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Falls

05:36 PM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BlackBerry (BB) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted net income late Tuesday of $0.02 per share, compared with the loss of $0.02 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected breakeven.

Revenue in the three months ended May 31 fell to $121.7 million from $123.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $114 million.

The company expects fiscal Q2 non-GAAP EPS of breakeven to $0.01 on revenue of $115 million to $125 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $0.01 on revenue of $122.9 million.

The company reiterated its fiscal 2026 non-GAAP earnings outlook of $0.08 to $0.10 per share.

The company boosted fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to the range of $508 million to $538 million from $504 million to $534 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $0.08 on revenue of $521.8 million.

Shares of the company rose 5.3% in after-hours trading.
