BlackBerry Up 4% In US Premarket As Announces Normal Course Issuer Bid Share Buy Back Program

09:02 AM EDT, 05/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BlackBerry Limited ( BB ) on Thursday announced that it has received acceptance from the Toronto Stock Exchange for a normal course issuer bid share buy back program.

A statement noted the program allows for the repurchase of up to 27,855,153 of its common shares, representing approximately 4.7% of the outstanding public float as of the close of business on May 5, 2025.
