BlackLine Founder Therese Tucker to Retire From Executive Role

04:50 PM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BlackLine ( BL ) said late Tuesday that its founder and largest individual shareholder, Therese Tucker, will retire from her full-time executive role on June 2.

Tucker, who holds about 8% of BlackLine's ( BL ) shares, will stay on the board and remain as a shareholder, the company said.
