11:42 AM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BlackRock ( BLK ) and Bapco Energies said Wednesday that a fund managed by BlackRock's ( BLK ) diversified infrastructure team acquired a minority stake in the Saudi Bahrain Pipeline from Bapco.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Additionally, Bapco Energies and BlackRock's ( BLK ) infrastructure business signed a memorandum of understanding to explore future collaboration on infrastructure and decarbonization projects in Bahrain.

Shares of BlackRock ( BLK ) were down nearly 3% in recent trading.
