09:39 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BlackRock ( BLK ) said Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of private credit investment firm HPS Investment Partners.

BlackRock ( BLK ) said that with the acquisition the companies will create a new private financing platform, led by Scott Kapnick, Scot French, and Michael Patterson.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
