BlackRock Completes Acquisition of Preqin

07:34 AM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BlackRock ( BLK ) said Monday that it has finalized the acquisition of private markets data provider Preqin.

As part of the deal, Preqin founder Mark O'Hare has joined BlackRock ( BLK ) as Vice Chair.

Preqin's products will remain available as standalone offerings, with BlackRock ( BLK ) planning to integrate Preqin's data and research tools into Aladdin and eFront over time.
