ROME, Oct 15 (Reuters) - Blackrock ( BLK ) is not

involved in government plans to sell a stake in postal service

Poste Italiane, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni

said on Tuesday, denying press reports on the issue.

Italy's Treasury plans to sell around 14% of Poste under a

public offering expected to be launched later this month, while

retaining a majority stake in public hands.
