09:03 AM EST, 03/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Blackrock Silver ( BKRRF ) said Wednesday that it appointed Bernard Poznanski and Susan Mathieu as independent directors.

Poznanski was Blackrock's former external legal counsel while Mathieu has over 30 years of international mining experience.

Daniel Vickerman, senior vice president of corporate development, has stepped down as a director, the company said.

Blackrock is advancing the Tonopah West project in Nevada.
