11:41 AM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blackrock Silver ( BKRRF ) on Thursday said it closed a bought-deal offering of share units, raising $13.8 million.

The company issued 38.33-million units priced at $0.36 each and made up of a share and half a two-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.50.

Proceeds will be used to advance the Tonopah West mineral project.

Blackrock was last seen up $0.015 to $0.345 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
