05:06 PM EST, 01/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blackrock Silver ( BKRRF ) after close of trade Thursday said it is raising $10 million in a bought deal offering of 27.8-million units of the company priced at $0.36 each.

The units are made up of a share and one-half of a two-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.50..

Proceeds from the offering will be used to advance exploration and development at the company's Tonopah West mineral project, for working capital and for general corporate purposes.

The company's shares closed down $0.01 to $0.40 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
