BlackRock TCP Capital Announces Leadership Changes

04:37 PM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BlackRock TCP Capital ( TCPC ) said Monday that Rajneesh Vig its board chair and chief executive will resign, effective Nov. 6, and will be succeeded by President Phil Tseng.

Tseng and Dan Worrell will also become the co-chief investment officers of the company, BlackRock TCP added.

The company appointed Chief Operating Officer Jason Mehring as president and named Patrick Wolfe as chief operating officer.
