10:52 AM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BlackRock ( BLK ) is positioned for long-term growth as it works to tokenize traditional assets such as stocks, bonds, property and ETFs, Morgan Stanley said Wednesday in a note.
The brokerage said BlackRock's ( BLK ) plan to "tokenize all assets" could be transformative, with technology build-out and partnerships already underway. The firm's Q3 organic base fee growth of 10%, the strongest since late 2021, and $205 billion of net inflows reinforced Morgan Stanley's view of accelerating business momentum.
Expanding base fee and earnings growth, a rising share of higher-quality private market and technology revenue, and strong capital returns support a premium valuation.
Morgan Stanley forecasts a 15% compound annual growth rate in earnings per share from 2025 through 2027, supported by mid-single-digit organic growth and margin expansion.
The firm lifted its 2025 earnings per share estimate to $48.64 from $48.09 and its 2026 EPS estimate to $55.49 from $55.23.
Morgan Stanley raised its price target on the stock to $1,486 from $1,362 and reiterated its overweight rating.
Shares of BlackRock ( BLK ) were up 1.7% in recent trading.
