BlackSky Technology Plans Common Stock Offering -- Shares Drop After Hours

05:07 PM EDT, 09/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BlackSky Technology ( BKSY/WS ) said late Tuesday it plans a public offering of an undisclosed amount of its class A common shares.

The company also intends to grant a 30-day, 15% overallotment option to the underwriters.

BlackSky ( BKSY/WS ) shares were down nearly 12% in after-hours activity.
