09:02 AM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BlackSky Technology ( BKSY/WS ) said Tuesday it has won a "multimillion-dollar" contract with a new international customer.

Under the terms of the agreement, the customer will get subscription-based imagery and analytics services and follow-on ground segment modernization services, the company said.

BlackSky ( BKSY/WS ) will also upgrade the customer's existing ground station with direct-downlink and uplink communications capabilities.

Shares of the company rose more than 3% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
