08:01 AM EDT, 07/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone (BX) has made an equity investment in Air Control Concepts, a company that partners with commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment makers, Air Control Concepts said Monday.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Air Control Concepts said it will continue to be led by the current management team and employees will maintain an ownership position.

Blackstone joins private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners and Air Control's management as an equity investment partner of the company, Air Control Concepts said.
