08:33 AM EDT, 03/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone's (BX) Blackstone Energy Transition Partners unit has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Advanced Cooling Technologies, the companies said Wednesday.

Financial terms of the agreement were not provided.

The transaction is expected to close in Q2, with Advanced Cooling's executive team maintaining their roles and continuing to be shareholders in the thermal management manufacturing business, according to a statement.
