Blackstone Europe Mulling Potential Cash Offer for Big Yellow Group
Oct 13, 2025 4:36 AM

07:13 AM EDT, 10/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone (BX) is considering a potential cash offer for UK's Big Yellow Group, according to a statement Monday from Blackstone Europe.

"One or more of the investment funds advised by Blackstone or any of its affiliates is considering its position in relation to the company, which could include a cash offer for the entire issued, and to be issued, share capital of the company," Blackstone Europe said, referring to Big Yellow.

The Blackstone unit said the evaluation of Big Yellow is at an early stage and factors being considered include the potential impact of the upcoming UK budget on the self-storage sector. There is no guarantee that any offer will be made, Blackstone said.

Big Yellow did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
