Blackstone Mortgage Trust Prices $450 Million Private Offering of Senior Notes

04:47 PM EST, 11/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone Mortgage Trust ( BXMT ) priced a $450 million private offering of 7.75% senior secured notes due 2029.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including repayment of debt, the company said Monday in a statement.

Blackstone Mortgage ( BXMT ) expects to close the offering on Dec. 10.
