Blackstone Mortgage Trust Swings to Q1 Distributable Earnings, Revenue Declines

08:56 AM EDT, 04/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone Mortgage Trust ( BXMT ) reported Wednesday that it swung to Q1 distributable earnings of $0.17 from a loss of $1.25 a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected distributable earnings of $0.26 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $126.9 million, compared with $145.4 million a year earlier. Five analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $107.3 million.
