06:26 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone (BX) and Permira are investing to acquire a "meaningful" minority stake in Middle East and North Africa property portal Property Finder, it said Tuesday.

Funds advised by Permira will lead a $525 million investment in Property Finder, while Blackstone Growth-managed funds will invest "significant capital" into the transaction, Property Finder said.

General Atlantic has sold part of its stake in Property Finder while retaining a "significant" minority shareholding, the firm said.
