08:03 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone (BX) Credit & Insurance and Jet Support Services said Tuesday they have raised over $1 billion in new financing to support Jet Support Services' recapitalization.

Blackstone funds have provided over $1.8 billion of debt financing and investment for Jet Support Services, a maintenance services provider in the business aviation sector and a portfolio company of private equity firms GTCR and Genstar Capital, the companies said.
