Blackstone Real Estate, MRP Group Extend All-Cash Tender Offer for Terrafina

09:43 AM EDT, 07/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone's (BX) Blackstone Real Estate and MRP Group said Friday that a Mexican trust set up by their affiliates has extended the all-cash tender offer for Terrafina's outstanding real estate trust certificates until 4 pm ET Friday.

The companies said the extension is part of their bid to buy all Terrafina certificates at 40.50 Mexican pesos ($2.20) per certificate.

According to the purchase offer, if less than 50% plus one of Terrafina's certificates are tendered by the deadline, the offer will automatically be extended by one business day unless otherwise noted by the offeror, the companies said.

The expected settlement date is Aug. 2, they added.
