10:22 AM EDT, 06/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone's (BX) Blackstone Real Estate and MRP Group said Friday that a Mexican trust formed by their affiliates has increased its tender offer price for up to 100% of Terrafina's outstanding real estate trust certificates by 1 Mexican peso, setting the new price at 40.50 Mexican pesos ($2.21) per certificate, up from a prior offer of 39.50 Mexican pesos per share.
