Blackstone Said to be Frontrunner to Acquire AGS Health

08:37 AM EDT, 05/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone (BX) is emerging as the favorite to acquire AGS Health, a revenue cycle management provider, from private equity firm EQT AB, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

A deal could value AGS at $1 billion or more, the people reportedly told Bloomberg.

Blackstone did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
