Blackstone Secured Lending Fund Prices $400 Million Debt Offering

03:25 AM EDT, 10/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone Secured Lending Fund ( BXSL ) said late Wednesday it priced a public offering of $400 million of 5.350% notes due 2028.

The company said it expects to use net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.

The offering is expected to close on Oct. 15.

Price: 29.30, Change: -0.10, Percent Change: -0.34
