Blackstone Secured Lending Fund Prices $400 Million Notes Offering

05:42 AM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone Secured Lending Fund ( BXSL ) said late Monday it has priced a public offering of $400 million of its 5.875% notes due Nov. 15, 2027.

Net proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close May 20, will be used for general corporate purposes.

Price: 31.33, Change: +0.08, Percent Change: +0.24
