12:32 PM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Warehouse REIT has agreed to a 470 million pounds ($637.5 million) acquisition offer from Blackstone (BX), according to a release on the London Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

Blackstone will purchase Warehouse REIT for 110.6 pence per share, representing a premium of about 34.2% to the closing price on Feb. 28. The price includes a dividend of 1.6 pence per share.

The acquisition remains subject to Warehouse shareholders' approval and other conditions.
