09:25 AM EDT, 05/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone (BX) said Thursday that Blackstone Growth and other affiliated funds have agreed to acquire a majority stake in business software firm Priority Software.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Priority Software currently has more than 17,000 business customers and more than 500 employees at five locations in Israel, Belgium and the US.
