12:40 PM EDT, 08/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone (BX) is investing in healthcare advisory firm, Chartis, through its core private equity strategy, with continued equity participation from Audax Private Equity, Chartis said Wednesday.

Chartis said it struck the deal to receive a majority investment from funds managed by Blackstone to support its growth.

The deal is expected to close by the end of 2024. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
