Blackstone to Offer Senior Notes

08:43 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone (BX) said Tuesday that it plans to offer senior notes from its indirect unit Blackstone Reg Finance.

The private equity firm said the proceeds are expected to fund general corporate purposes.
