Blackstone to Sell G6 Hospitality to Oravel Stays for $525 Million

05:04 PM EDT, 09/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone's (BX) Blackstone Real Estate will sell G6 Hospitality, the parent company of Motel 6, to Oravel Stays for $525 million, in an all-cash deal, Oravel Stays said Friday.

The deal is expected to close in Q4.

Oravel Stays is the parent company of the travel technology company OYO.
