Blackstone, TPG to Acquire Hologic for Up to $18.3 Billion

08:50 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hologic ( HOLX ) said Tuesday it has agreed to be acquired by funds managed by Blackstone (BX) and TPG (TPG) in a deal worth up to $18.3 billion, or up to $79 per share.

The deal is expected to close in H1 2026.
