Blackstone's Cirsa Begins Process of Listing in Spain

07:02 AM EDT, 06/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blackstone's (BX) Cirsa said Wednesday it has published an intention to float, the first step in the process to be listed on Spain's stock market.

The gambling and entertainment group said the move will not change the way the company operates but will "strengthen its positioning" and bolster its growth opportunities.
