Blade Air Mobility Approves $20 Million Share Buyback Program

01:40 PM EDT, 03/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blade Air Mobility ( BLDE ) said Wednesday its board approved the buyback of up to $20 million of outstanding class A common shares.

The timing and amount of repurchases under the program remain subject to market conditions and other factors. The repurchase program doesn't require the company to buy back a set number of shares and it can be altered, paused, or halted at any time, Blade Air Mobility ( BLDE ) said.

Shares of Blade Air Mobility ( BLDE ) were up nearly 14% in recent trading.
