09:00 AM EDT, 08/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blade Air Mobility ( BLDE ) said Wednesday it anticipates completing its legal name change to Strata Critical Medical on Thursday.

The change is intended to reflect Blade Air's plan to focus on offering mission-critical logistics and medical services to hospitals and healthcare providers across the US, the company added.

Upon the completion of the name change, Blade Air said it expects to trade under the "SRTA" ticker on Nasdaq on Friday.
