06:47 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blaize ( BZAI ) and Reach Digital signed a memorandum of understanding to offer sovereign, interconnected AI services in the Middle East, the companies said.

The partnership is meant to combine Blaize's ( BZAI ) AI platform and Reach Digital's strong regional presence and digital infrastructure capabilities, the companies said.

The MOU was signed Oct. 14, the companies said.

Shares of the company were up 8.7% in recent premarket activity.
