Blazing Star Reports Results of Walgreens Boots Alliance Cash Tender

04:44 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blazing Star Merger Sub reported late Wednesday the results from its cash tender offer for Walgreens Boots Alliance ( WBA ) notes, maturing between 2025 and 2050.

The notes tendered included $1.14 billion of 3.45% notes due 2026 and 692.8 million euros ($805 million) of 2.125% notes due 2026, the company said.

The 4.1% notes due 2050 garnered $630.2 million in the tender offer that expired on Aug. 27.
