06:06 PM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bleuacacia ( BLEU ) said late Wednesday it has received a notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market for failing to timely submit its periodic reports with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said it has until Nov. 5 to submit a plan to regain compliance. It filed a notification in August with the SEC over delayed filing of its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30.
