09:10 AM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blink Charging ( BLNK ) said Monday it is acquiring charging infrastructure firm Zemetric.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Zemetric founder Harmeet Singh will join Blink as the news chief technology officer, co-founder Bonnie Datta will become senior vice president of global commercial operations, and co-founder Kapil Singhi will assume a senior role in global charger development, according to the statement.
