09:22 AM EDT, 04/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blink Charging ( BLNK ) shares were advancing 3.9% in Friday's premarket activity after the electric vehicle charging equipment manufacturer said it has regained compliance with Nasdaq listing rules requiring companies to file their quarterly and annual financial reports by certain deadlines.

Blink said it filed on Wednesday a Form 10-K annual report for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2024, with no change from its March 13 release of preliminary Q4 and 2024 results. There also were no restatements of its previously filed financial statements, Blink said.
