Blink Charging Signs Term Sheet With Axxeltrova for $135.6 Million Special Purpose Vehicle

09:00 AM EDT, 07/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blink Charging ( BLNK ) said Thursday it has signed a non-binding term sheet with private equity firm Axxeltrova for a 100 million British pounds ($135.6 million) special purpose vehicle to accelerate deployment of EV charging infrastructure across the UK.

Under the term sheet signed on June 20, the special purpose vehicle will finance and own the Blink chargers, which the company will install and maintain, Blink Charging ( BLNK ) said.

Shares of the company were up about 2% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
