Blockchain Coinvestors terminates $700 mln SPAC deal with Linqto

Sept 30 (Reuters) - A blank-check company Blockchain

Coinvestors Acquisition Corp said on Monday it has

terminated its deal with investment firm Linqto.

In April, the investment platform Linqto had agreed to go

public through a merger with Blockchain Coinvestors Acquisition

in a deal valued at $700 million.
