Blockchain Lender Figure Technology Prices $787.5 Million Initial Public Offering

06:22 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Figure Technology Solutions (FIGR) said late Wednesday it priced its initial public offering of 31.5 million class A common shares at $25 apiece.

The blockchain lender is offering about 23.5 million of the shares in the IPO, with the rest offered by certain stockholders.

IPO underwriters have a 30-day overallotment option to buy up to 4.7 million additional shares.

The company said it expects its shares to start trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol FIGR Thursday, while the IPO is expected to close Friday.
