09:14 AM EDT, 04/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bloom Energy ( BE ) said Wednesday it has named Daniel Berenbaum chief financial officer, effective April 29.

Berenbaum will succeed Greg Cameron, who will remain with Bloom Energy ( BE ) until the middle of May, the company said.

Berenbaum previously served as National Instruments' chief financial officer, Bloom Energy ( BE ) added.

The company's shares were up 2.6% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
