12:17 PM EST, 01/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Blue Hat Interactive Entertainment Technology ( BHAT ) shares slipped nearly 21% in recent Wednesday trading after it said it priced a registered direct offering of about 56 million ordinary shares at $0.07 per share.

The estimated gross proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close on or about Friday, are about $3.9 million, the company said.
