04:39 PM EDT, 05/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Blue Moon Metals ( BMM ) has closed its acquisition of claims adjacent to the Springer tungsten-molybdenum project in US from GoldPlay and Robert Schafer, the company said late Friday.

As part of the deal, Blue Moon issued 188,199 shares to the sellers and paid $1 million in cash.

Also, Blue Moon granted a gross revenue royalty on the claims, on a sliding scale between 3% and 5%, in favor of the sellers, with an option in favor of Blue Moon to buy down the royalty to 1.5% for three years for $2 million in cash, it said.
