08:03 AM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Blue Owl Capital (OWL) said Tuesday it has completed the acquisition of investment management firm Kuvare Insurance Services and officially launched Blue Owl Insurance Solutions to serve insurance clients.

Kuvare Insurance Services, which does business as Kuvare Asset Management, provides asset management services to the insurance industry and has had about $20 billion of assets under management as of May 31.

The acquisition enhances Blue Owl's ability to serve the insurance market.
